How can I place an order for the T10X?
Create your Tru.ID and log in through the Trumore application. Using our Trumore app's configurator, you can explore the hardware features, technical specifications, and prices of the T10X. Then, select the version of the T10X you desire and start personalizing it right away. For your preferred version, you can choose any color from Turkiye’s palette, and you can examine the exterior and interior design of the T10X in 360 degrees with your selected color. Before completing the configuration, you can add any optional equipment of your choice to your order. After approving the order contract, you can proceed to the payment stage. By creating your Trumore e-Wallet through the Trumore application and transferring the order amount of 60,000 TL to your e-Wallet, you can complete your T10X order.
How can I order ready to deliver T10X?
Create your Tru.ID and log in through the Trumore application. By entering the "Configured Ready T10Xs" module on the homepage, you can explore the T10X versions that are ready for delivery and choose the one you prefer. After clicking the "Buy Now" button and approving the order contract, you can proceed to the prepayment stage. You can create your Trumore e-Wallet and transfer the order amount of 60,000 TL to your e-Wallet to complete your T10X order and quickly continue with the process until delivery.
When will I learn the final price of my T10X?
After the production of your smart device is completed, you will proceed to the payment stage. At this stage, we will fix the price of your device and ask you to complete your payment within 5 working days.
Can I choose the delivery location for my T10X, such as my home, office, or any other location?
Once your smart device is in production, we will ask you to choose the type of delivery and location through the Trumore app. If you opt for home delivery and agree to the location-based fee, we can deliver your smart device to the specified address.
Which documents should I bring when I come to my delivery appointment?
You need to bring only your Republic of Turkey Identity Card when you arrive at your delivery appointment.
I’ve configured and ordered my T10X. What will be the next steps?
You can follow your order status through the Trumore app. Throughout the digital purchasing journey, from placing the order to delivery, Trumore will guide you regarding each process step.
Can I make a reconfiguration after placing the order?
Reconfiguring your smart device is included in the pre-order process, and any user actions related to pre-orders cannot be modified later. Thank you for being so understanding.
Can someone else take delivery of my T10X?
We currently do not offer a vehicle trade-in service. We will inform our users when this service starts in the future.

Which payment option does Togg accept?
We’ve accepted three payment options in the context of the T10X digital purchasing process:
1) Digital Financing
: We are pioneering a first in Turkey and introducing digital vehicle financing through Trumore. You can review our offers from partner banks and use digital credit for the remaining payment of your smart device.
2) Pay in Full
: After the pre-payment, you can proceed to the next step by paying the remaining amount through your e-wallet or money transfer.
3) Self-financing
: Would you like to work with your bank? After applying with your bank directly, you can send us the necessary documents and move on to the next step.
Can I get a loan from the bank of my choice and use self-financing?
Yes, after the smart device is produced, you can choose self-financing during the payment stage. We will send you the proforma invoice for the smart device, allowing you to apply from any bank of your choice. You can find further information about individual financing on Trumore.
How can I find information about the financial products available for the Togg Smart Device?
After the smart device is produced, you will proceed to the payment stage. By choosing the Digital Financing option, a first in Turkey brought to life by Trumore; you can explore exclusive credit options.

Can I get information about the registration process?
The registration process is carried out in collaboration with our registered users. To ensure a smooth procedure, please provide the necessary documents to us on time:
A power of attorney (prepared the sample that we provided and valid for at least 1 month)
Motor Third-party Liability Traffic Insurance
Republic of Turkey Identity Card (photos of the front and back)
Residency Certificate
Obtain the Plate Allocation Certificate from the Provincial Directorate of Security if you prefer a custom license plate.
You need to send all these documents to us following the instructions specified in the Trumore app. Once the checks are completed, we will initiate your registration process, and your license and plate will be issued.
Can I get a custom license plate?
You can reserve a special license plate for your T10X, or when it's time for the registration process of your smart device, you can apply through Togg Care to communicate your request to us.
Can you perform customs delivery without paying Special Consumption Tax (OTV)?
We cannot deliver your T10X without paying the Special Consumption Tax.
When will I get my license plate number?
You will get your license plate number for your T10X after the registration process is completed.
Can you deliver my T10X without licensing?
In accordance with the laws in Turkey, we cannot deliver the smart device to our users before it is registered by authorities.
Can I get a license plate code from a province where I do not have a residence?
Your license plate is prepared according to your residence address.

What are the types of charging? Is there any difference between them?
There are different ways to charge an electric vehicle:
Fast Charging Station (DC Charger)
Slow Charging Station (AC Charger)
Standard household electric outlet (via a wall charger box).
AC and DC charging stations can be found at various city locations, such as gas stations, parking lots, and shopping centres. These locations can draw a higher charging current than at home. You will likely use slow charging (3.7kW) power when charging your vehicle at home. As a result, the charging time can exceed 24 hours, depending on your vehicle’s battery capacity. Charging stations can provide up to 150kW of power, reducing charging times to at least 30 minutes.
How can I buy a wall charger? Is there any subject that I need to know about the discovery process?
Firstly, you need to create a purchasing and installation request via Togg Care. Our technical team will visit your provided address for infrastructure discovery and inform you about the discovery results.
During the discovery, our technical team will provide information regarding SIM cards and internet access matters. It is entirely your responsibility to determine the access method. If you choose internet access, please check the internet infrastructure before installation. If you wish to use a SIM card, make sure to obtain it before the installation.
Please complete the preparations related to access before the installation. If no preparations are made during the installation, the unit will be installed offline. Offline units can only perform electricity transfers and cannot provide usage data or remote control for the device.
After the discovery, the product can be purchased if the area is deemed suitable by our technical field team. If the area is unsuitable, you will receive a to-do list to make the necessary adjustments. Please consider the list and request a new discovery appointment after making the changes.
Is the EV home charging cable included in the smart device package?
The EV home charger cable is not included in the smart device package. It is available as an accessory product, tested by our team. Starting from the end of April, it will be in stock and offered for sale as a package with its carrying case.
Can I stop charging before my T10X fully charged?
After charging your battery to a desired level, you can stop the electric current to your smart device by tapping the "Stop Charging and Unlock" button on the control screen. Then, unplug the charging cable and close the lid.
What should I consider before buying a wall charger?
The electrical infrastructure and components of the installation area (home or workplace), such as the electrical box, need to be checked by a professional before the setup. The suitability of the area will be determined after a discovery. Please get in touch with Togg Care for this.
The product is designed for individual use. However, suppose you want to install it in shared parking areas within a complex or apartment building. In that case, you must obtain written approval from the authorized person in the complex or apartment building, confirming the majority's agreement for the installation.
If you wish to connect the product to the internet or use a SIM card, please inform our technical team during the discovery. The user is responsible for ensuring internet access and checking the internet infrastructure for connection. Users who wish to use a SIM card must obtain the card before installation.
The user's responsibility is the access method (internet or SIM card) for wall-mounted charging devices. Requests for changes in usage preferences after installation may incur additional costs (service fees, etc.). Covering these costs is the user's responsibility.
What should I do for a wall charger installation request?

Do I need to take out any insurance for my T10X before the delivery?
Yes, after completing the payment process, you will need to obtain motor third-party liability insurance to proceed with the registration procedures. While motor own damage insurance (kasko) is not mandatory, it might be a requirement if you plan to apply a loan from a bank.
To provide comprehensive protection for your T10X, you have the option to arrange the kasko insurance yourself or consider the affordable and extensive options offered by TruGuard. We recommend evaluating the options provided by TruGuard to ensure comprehensive coverage for your vehicle.
Do I have to take out a motor third-party liability insurance and a motor own damage insurance?
To register your T10X, you will need motor third-party liability insurance. We are here to assist you to ensure a smooth process. After placing your insurance order, a representative from our partner company, Sigortayeri, will promptly reach out to help you create your policy.
Regarding motor own damage insurance (kasko), it is not mandatory, but there are exceptional cases where it may be required. If you have applied for a loan, the bank may request a policy with a Loss Payee Clause. For Togg's smart devices, we have designed an exclusive policy called TruGuard. A representative from Sigortayeri will contact you soon to assist you with creating your TruGuard motor own damage Insurance policy and provide further details.
Can I take out insurance before the delivery date?
Once your payment process is completed, you can find the motor and chassis numbers under the "Order Status." Using these numbers you can request insurance or take advantage of Trumore's beneficial offers.
What is TruGuard?
TruGuard motor own damage Insurance offers extensive coverage and services to protect your smart device at its wallet-friendly insurance premium. Specifically designed for smart device owners, this product ensures the most accurate repairs with original parts at Togg service centers, preserving the smart device warranty.

How can I cancel my T10X order?
Go to the "My Orders" section within the Trumore app. After tapping on the "View Details" button, you'll be directed to a page where you can view the status of your order. Swipe down to the footer area. You can complete the cancellation process by using the provided link.
Please remember that if you cancel an order you get right through a draw lot, you won't be able to request an order again within the same period. In case you wish to do so, you'll need to wait for the next ordering period and participate in the draw lots again.
How long does it take for the order cancellation to be processed into the system and for the prepayment amount to be credited to my account?
As soon as you submit a cancellation request, it will be registered in our system, and your order will be cancelled. Please note that an order cannot be reversed once it is cancelled. After confirming the cancellation, the prepayment amount will be refunded to your e-wallet within 7 to 14 days.

How can I get information about my delivery period?
We provide the necessary information about the delivery period via e-mail to all our users who pre-order.
Will I have the opportunity to test drive before delivery?
If you are one of the lucky draw winners, you can take a test drive before delivery. As the delivery date approaches, we will provide you with the option to schedule a test drive. It is entirely up to you whether you wish to participate or not. You can create the appointment at your preferred location, date, and time.
If I request, could you deliver T10X to my chosen address?
Yes, we can deliver to an address of your choice upon payment of the service fee. We will soon share the service fees and the list of provinces where "Address Delivery" is available. Please stay tuned for updates from Trumore.

How is the service network?

What is the frequency of going to the care service?
Electric vehicles require less frequent servicing and experience less wear and tear on their components. They do not have parts like spark plugs, injection systems, turbos, or oil tanks. As a result, service centres mainly focus on checking the brake system, air conditioning, and electrical wiring.
The specifics of servicing an electric vehicle depend on the model and equipment. Manufacturers set maintenance intervals, and fewer parts need replacement during these maintenance checks.
Since electric vehicles are technologically advanced, service centres often prioritize software-related issues, which can be addressed remotely through manufacturer connectivity.
What is the frequency of the part replacements?
The frequency of part replacements depends on usage performance and is defined in the user manual. Our product is not only an automobile but also a smart device. We continuously work to determine the most suitable maintenance intervals according to our users’ needs.
Does an electric vehicle require extra maintenance?
You must bring only your Republic of Turkey Identity Card when you arrive at your delivery appointment.
Will the delivery occur in all provinces, or will it be limited to certain locations?
An electric vehicle requires less frequent maintenance compared to other vehicles. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the safety and reliability of the car for a smooth driving experience. However, electric vehicles do not require oil changes, transmission fluids, oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, spark plugs, timing belts, or chains. Moreover, they have fewer moving parts overall.
Is an electric vehicle’s maintenance expensive?
An electric car has almost 85% lower maintenance costs than internal combustion engine cars.
How long is the warranty period?
T10X warranty is 3 years / 100,000 km (whichever comes first), the battery warranty is 8 years / 160,000 km (whichever comes first), the paint warranty is 3 years, and the rustproofing warranty is 12 years.
