In cases where Premium Cellular Connection usage is excessive and exceeds usage level, we reserve the right to reduce the bandwidth of the connection. Digital Premium Package users will have the opportunity to upgrade their connection plans as additional features and services become available. Under Digital Premium Package, you are allocated 25 GB of internet usage each month, which is automatically renewed on the 25th of every month. As long as fair usage rules are followed, your connection speed and service quality will continue uninterrupted.

Important reminders
Payment and carried-over rights
Users who have already paid for the Digital Premium Package will be able to use the Digital Premium Plus subscription free of charge for 6 months, effective from October 2026.
For smart devices delivered in 2026, the Digital Premium Plus subscription will be offered free of charge for 1 month from the delivery date.
Premium and Premium Plus subscription fees are charged each month according to your chosen automatic payment method.
You can choose your subscription plan and complete your purchase through the "Store" in our Trumore mobile app, or under the "My Digital Subscriptions" category.
Subscription conditions
To subscribe, T10X or T10F users must register their device to My Smart Device in the Trumore mobile app.
You can only use the subscription you purchased on your own smart device. The subscription cannot be activated on another smart device.
The subscription cannot be used on another smart device, offered for commercial sale, or transferred to anyone else, whether for a fee or free of charge.
Subscription details
Your subscription is monthly and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Your connectivity allowance renews each month. Any unused portion does not carry over to the next month.
The subscription is tied to your smart device's chassis number (VIN).
You can cancel anytime from the My Digital Subscriptions screen. Your benefits continue until the end of the period.
If you need more cellular connectivity, you can switch to Digital Premium Plus at any time.
